Sea salt
Pepper
1 tbsp. Crushed red pepper
Directions:
Put all the shrimp in a bowl with some water and salt. Let it hang out for about 15 minutes.
While that hangs out, slice your garlic, grate the ginger, and thinly slice the scallions.
Once you drain the water from the shrimp, pat it dry. Put back into the bowl and coat with the cornstarch.
Let that hang out for at least 5 minutes. Now, get your wok all nice and hot and put that oil in along with the garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper.
Once you smell that wonderful garlicness, go ahead and add the shrimp. Cook until all of the shrimp turn pink. Right before you turn off the stove, add in the scallions and cook for about 1 minute.
Guess what?? THAT'S IT!! Time to grub!
Just sit and down and peel this shrimp!! They are finger lickin' good! =)
